This project brief required the renovation of an existing Californian Bungalow. Part of the existing ground floor was retained & reconfigured including a new garage, new kitchen & opening the living rooms up to the outdoor areas with a steel/ hardwood & glass pergola structure. The upper level addition includes 4 bedrooms, a family bathroom & a large terrace.

The additions present a contemporary bungalow with a palette of natural materials & neutral colours. Additional cross ventilation, shading & natural light has been introduced & the house has been re-finished throughout with high quality finishes & precise details.
